Meet Judge James McClusky
Judge James P. McClusky has served the people of the 5th Judicial District with professionalism and fairness for over a decade on the New York State Supreme Court. With more than 35 years of legal experience, including roles as a trial attorney, Town Judge, and Supervising Judge for Town and Village Courts in Jefferson County. Judge McClusky brings deep knowledge of the law and a calm, consistent presence on the bench. His dedication to upholding the law and treating every individual with respect is the foundation of his service. Judge McClusky is married to his wife Joanne, is the father of five adult children and grandfather of four.
